GET 
/api/account/purchases

What this account's OWNER bought from its billing account: plan, add-ons and products.

The typed read a customer's own server works from (an agency's portal calling with the sub-account's API key), beside the raw rows GET /purchased-plans and /purchased-products serve to the Billing page. Read on the parent tenant the purchases were billed on, for the account owner's contact whoever is signed in (account_billing_customer_id) - and billing_subscriptions carries no account reference, so an owner of several accounts under one agency is answered the same purchases in each of them.
